Was Bonesmashing and got a Migraine 💔

It was like my third day legit bonesmashing in a row yesterday and i was doing my side zygos for maybe like 15 mins max with head support. I've gotten migraines in the past but only every couple of months. My vision always starts to go slightly black when they happened and that started happening right after I finished. I got into the shower like an hour later ignoring my eye problem like an idiot and dismissing it and then got a horrible headache for my entire shower. I took some pills for the pain then went to bed. I follow a semi-primal diet usually but for the past two days I ate crumbl and that day lots of Nutella. My body obvi doesn't react well to that stuff so I think its a combo of the goyslop and bsing. Thoughts?
