The picture on the left is me currently and then the picture on the right is me around may I was on a calorie deficit and was drinking 3L of water (6 water bottles) a day and tell me if I somewhat looked better before.
And just for the fun of it the picture on the right was me coming from my first ever school dance it was fun as crap I got out of my high inhib for a couple of seconds and did a handstand and they started glazing me
