Because it probably is around 6m, there are lots of critical historians who actually think and research for themselves who came to the conclusion it is around 6m, it’s just the most plausible answer.

Lots in the siege of Leningrad, Stalingrad, the bombing of cities and village massacres all over the Eastern Front. The Nazis were mass murderers, just like every other military when it plays offense. The exact number doesn’t matter.

However Jews were only a small part of this, and in their superiority complex and self pity single out their own suffering. And exaggerate it and make ridiculous claims without proof like they’ve done for thousands of years. The math on the deaths at Treblinka and the other camps does not add up whatsoever.
