White only means European, and someone is only white if they have less than 12.5% [1/8] non-white [non-Euro] blood because that indicates the presence of at least 1 full non-white direct grandparent.

For example, my mother is fully white both genetically and pheno wise because she has less than 12.5% non-white blood, but my grandfather [her father] isn't fully white and is just "castizo" because he has more than 12.5% non-white blood despite looking the whitest out of all us phenotypically with light brown hair, clear legit a10 eyes, and a nonstandard North Atlantid pheno but with lighter colouring.
