Was my speed laced with heroin/fentanyl

Was my amphetamine (speed) mixed with low dose heroin?
So I use amphetamines like once or twice a month,I really enjoy them.
Today I meet the best dealer in my town and he offered me some paste (I never tried paste so I excepted it)
I took 3 large chunks (yeah Ik a bad idea) and one guy offered me 2 lines of regular powdered amphetamine,effects started kicking in extremely fast as usual.
But something was different this time.The high felt completely different.
Instead of being energized as usual I was just EXTREMELY EUPHORIC.
WHEN I CAME TO LAY ON MY BED I LITERALLY FELT LIKE I WAS HAVING A SEX WITH MY CRUSH AND IT FELT LIKE ORGASM.
Euphoria was soo strong that I literally pissed my pants while going to the bathroom.
Suddenly I started to extremely sweet (which I often experience on amphetamines)
But I never felt this EXTREME urge to puke (I puked in my mouth several times because I didn’t want my parents to hear)
Then my head started KILLING ME.
So I went to my kitchen to grab two paracetamols and when I stood up,the ground below my feet disappeared and my vision turned blackl,I literally had to hold myself on the sink to avoid fainting.
When I reached the plastic bag that had paracetamols I literally accidentally threw it on the ground and everything fell off making a loud ass noise which wake my parents up.
What do yo guys think?This rarely almost never happens when I take speed

Sounds like a fairy tale to me. Sometimes I also just want to chill and lay down full of happiness when on speed. That you pissed yourself and went black is weird tho yeah. I wouldn’t wanna take speed like that again

i thought some guy laced my weed with crack but it turns out he just gave me a strain with 37% thc and I tripped like a mf
