low water sounds retarded asf, it has opposite effects. just drink when you want to drink maybe a bit more, expense will get out with piss. all fucking scientists say to drink more water, this dude must sit at home all day no moving no playing football or going to gym, no wonder he can live for a liter.

As i can say bloated face is mostly somehow genetic, i have friend with 8-9% bf(with muscles) and he has no defined face, the face-fat distribution genetic matter much as a bones
