Was tanning a looksmax for Zyzz?

For ethnics (middle eastern, etc.) is tanning a looksmax or will it worsen coloring? Zyzz is ethnic and seemed to tan a lot. I’m not sure if his tan was natural or he got a fake tan because his coloring looks bronze almost like a spray tan. What are your guys thoughts on this?

There's some pics of him with a tan thats just way to much. Ethnics should not tan and just avoid the sun to appear whiter.
