he was the logical conclusion to the racist, militant, and post human ideologies already prevalent in western Europe, the USA and some previous colonies like South Africa as well.

During WWII, literally nearly every colonized people by Europeans, including Indians, Arabs, Africans, Asians and even a lot of Europeans used the chaos he created to fight for their independence

As an ethnic, I can't help but have a level of respect for Hitler from that angle even if he was an absolute evil, in hindsight he paved the way for better things. Raised to heaven could literally be interpreted as elevation in status, as in someone who is bound to go to heaven is elevated in the eyes of God.
