1. Bone Growth

  • IGF‑1 LR3 directly stimulates osteoblasts (bone-forming cells).
  • Teens still have open growth plates, so:
    • It could accelerate bone growth, potentially making bones grow faster or larger.
    • Danger: Growth may be uneven, disproportionate, or cause joint problems.
    • Could even trigger early closure of growth plates, potentially reducing ultimate height.

2. Muscle Growth

  • Strong anabolic (muscle-building) effects independent of GH.
  • Muscle tissue grows faster and may get denser.
  • Teens’ bodies are already producing high GH naturally, so adding IGF‑1 LR3 is supercharged anabolic stimulation.

3. Fat / Lean Body Mass

  • Can reduce fat mass, especially visceral fat, because muscles and tissues use more energy.
  • Effects on fat are secondary to anabolic and metabolic stimulation.

4. Risks for Teens

  • High chance of hormonal disruption, including GH/IGF-1 imbalance.
  • Long-term skeletal issues: joints, spine, facial bones may grow unevenly.
  • Unknown long-term effects on organs and metabolic system.
  • Not studied or approved for minors — essentially experimental.

but im 14 so cant it since im not done growing?
you don't need IGF-1 LR3, or HGH for that matter. With anything that can increase GH or IGF-1, in early puberty GH and IGF-1 levels are naturally very high, almost maxxed out, so any increase would be minimal and its effects minimal, so anything is a massive waste of time and money until you are 16 or 17. The only thing you need is excellent calories, protein, nutrients, minerals, sleep 8-9 hours every night, and mechanical loading.

Mechanical loading, which is super important, is local, so if you apply mechanical loading to one place, the bone will adapt and deposit new bone to where stress is, so you gotta apply it everywhere i guess. It's pretty hard to do it to the face, as...
so f
its expensive asf js do gh
so far ive been looking on research labs and i notice hgh is way more expensive than igf-lr3 just concerned about the health risk if i will actually be deformed or not
