For beginner cycle would do a very simple cycle test,hgh,ai maybe hcg based on how long ur test cycle is sides are pretty managable so u can get a feeling how to manage them or if u can tank them also get bloodkwork done etc..

Yeah I have to go under 68 kg to be shredded and at 5'10 I still feel like that's light on the scale compared to most around me, I mean if I weigh less than most girls I see I dunno how it'd feel being you
