You don't want to feel regret when you're older for not taking action now. It doesn't matter how much effort you may put when it is too late, it will NEVER be as good as it could've been.

I hate so much that there is an optimal time to make changes in life. Knowing I'm actively wasting my potential is sad, but I'm way too addicted to comfort, it's so difficult to change what I do and who I am

Wasted potential is one of the most depressing realizations you can have

I am not saying all this to hate on anybody but myself. I just want to be better and not waste my life, but maybe I need help. Anybody here has escaped addictions and taken actions with their lives?
