short men tend not to be racist because they are more sensitive to social reproach and potential for violent confrontation for expressing controversial opinions. this is why the show was not believable. he wasn't tall enough to be racist, therefore nothing he did was believable.

if you can't be racist, you can't be a believable cop, certainly not an effective(violent) cop

this show had one of the gayest but based moments of tv:
