Water fasting. Any advice?

I’m 17 and planning on going on a 3 day water fast to lose a kg of fat. I’m 5’8 and I weigh 63.5 kg. I’ll update the thread with results

Also should I work out during these 3 days to ensure my muscle loss is slightly minimised?
 
Hunger goes away after hour 20. But you wont be able to sleep on an empty stomach. Just try to not overindulge after you finish your fast and id suggest (if its your first time) a 30-34 hour fast which will stimulate autophagy.

Hmmm, but will it allow me to achieve my desired results? To keep it candid, I just want to become significantly leaner as quickly as possible

Im no expert but it wont help you for what you try to achieve. Opt for hella cardio (try to sweat AMAP) and blast pottasium + low carbs high protein plus hella water
