okay guys im a going to try do a water fast for 2-3 days to lose facial bloat, because i have facial fat due to my pheno, im 5.11ft and 65 kg, and i know i have good bones under my bloat, any help and advice would be heavily appriciated

both are decent, when i fast i usually just do it straight away cause its fucking disgusting, you will understand
just thinking about it makes me want to puke, fuck its so fucking bad

Nah. You will just feel extremaly non motivated. Fasting is cool experience
