Water fasting thoughts?

Arms are looking good, legs could do with more squats

But fucking belly, y'all it's so stubborn. My genetics made me fucked in terms of belly (granted also the taco bell, McDonald's, chips, and liters of coke i destroyed in an hour)

It only goes to my stomach, i don't get weight much anywhere else.

Apparently a water fast works with stomach fat and debloating

What's ur thoughts?

I use to have such visible abs, and they went cos i was such a greedy fat fuck lately
 
I lost like 1 cm off of waist per day when I did a 5 day fast. Was it sustainable? No. Right now I'm cutting more slowly by making sustainable long-term changes.

E.g.; I walk like 2-3 hours everyday, drink more water and eat more vegetables.
