Current stats: 5'11(shoes) (Still growing, doctor said 6ft+ so no bullying 175.6LBs BF: 25%+
I don't look fat, but some girl told me I look like a bulldog, I have good muscle mass in my fat so I don't appear fat as most would, I do have fat around my stomach and my ass mostly.
I don't care about losing muscle along the way, I'm too strong for my age, being accused of roids.
Goal: 150LBs
Gonna be exercising for at least 1-2 hours a day, maybe half an hour of light cardio.
6-8 glasses of water daily, nothing else
Take supplements like sea moss jelly, which has 0 calories somehow but it tastes good so why not?
the ashwagandha powder so my testosterone won't go poo, and collagen with biotin and multivitamins to survive on my feast I did today of 4000 calories of mostly chicken and veggies.
I won't be stopping unless I get admitted to the hospital, I'll make sure to report daily for changes.
