Skip the blood unless it's blood of healthy young people, but the rest can be ratiomaxxed according to your needs.

blood has too much iron and other metals, toxic in high amounts.

But a little bit good for you as long as it's fresh and clean
 
Water is always good

Milk is good source of vitamins, fat, protein, but ppl have bad effects with it

Orange Juice controversial, but it's just fructose with some vitamins end of the day. Depends on your goals
