how do i drink a good amount of water without it giving me fucking subhuman sleep. shi makes me wakeup all night and i cant go back to sleep after

Last chug at 7PM with 1g salt ,retains fluid instead of pissing it out

BEDTIME

200mg magnesium glycinate at 8 PM (reduces bladder spasms)

Legs-up-wall pose for 10min before bed - redistributes fluids

Keep a salt lick by your bed (literally)

before I brush my teeth I pee then after I brush my teeth and do my skincare I force myself to piss again.

when I'm in bed I just don't drink water cause I fall asleep before I feel dehydrated. but for that to work u gotta drink lots of water before brushing ur teeth.

ngl i avoid drinking water at all before bed. is it worth it to try flush some of it out
ye my strategy is to drink as much water before bed so I dont feel dehydrated while sleeping.

but I piss it all out before and after brushing my teeth

how long u rec taking MG glycinate before going to bed
Pop that magnesium 30-60 minutes before bed, enough time for it to hit your system but not so early you piss it all out.

chug like a frat boy during the day - 500ml every 2 hours until 6pm. your bladder will adapt

nighttime?sip after 7pm if u NEED to, just enough to wet your whistle but not enough to wake up drowning in piss.

lick a salt packet before bed. keeps water in your blood instead of your bladder.
