It's time to cut some fat ngl.

I am currently 75 kg and i need to lose about 2 kg.
How long should it take me? And should I worry about losing muscle mass?

Any result yet? How long are you planning to last?
idk like a week then i start ~cardio and 1700 calories diet
i been eating way too much lately thanks to covid lockdown and i need to cut to 10% quickly

i feel kinda exhausted not hungry tho and i feel like i dont want to eat at all

also day after you end fasting remember not to eat too much since your stomach gets significantly smaller

i dont lift but obviously answer is yes
no protein= no muscle mass

You should look into dryfasting instead tbh. You lose fat even faster and don`t lose any muscle mass.
