I've heard lot about drinking a lot of water but i want to know why water really that matter in cause of bad acne and what type should i drink;
1.tap water with filter (still shit taste after using filter)
2.Normal water from plastic bottle
3.sparkling water with many minerals but still from plastic bottle
For me easy way is to drinking normal water because after drinking much sparkling water i fart soo bad

Some research study I read said there is no evidence drinking water helps with acne, and it’s just a myth. Not sure if that’s true though since I didn’t bother looking into it

drinking water makes ur gut and kidney healthy so it definitely helps with acne, but you need to keep a clean diet and go to bathroom properly

don’t drink sparkling water it’s bad for you in big amounts, just normal water

Taz is way faster, stronger and gives better results. There is no reason not to use taz over tret in 2024
