Waterpulling fail - is it real?

i just gave it a shot, wiped down my face, marked the right spot on cheek, put syringe in 90 degrees, pulled in slowly, nothing came out no water or fat, just a little blood from the spot i injected

is this some inside joke or is it real

did i go to high? i went right near the zygo a little below it, about an inch back from lip and half an inch upwards. Maybe my syringes are too short?

From my knowledge it isn't an actual method and is just theoretical, you can't do it manually. If you pulled blood you might have gotten into some veins so watch that area closely these days and if anything bad happens go to the hospital to be safe
