Waterpulling with an insulin needle

So I went though pneumos guide on water pulling simply with an insulin needle nothing else needed.

Anyways I’ve seen people doing it with some type of lemon acid. I’m not thinking about doing that,
I’ve seen people saying that you can get paralyzed and blind, does anyone know which of these two methods cause that? Gotta be with that lemon acid right?

Cause pneumos guide simply is a needle which you aim for under your zygos and pull out water, doesn’t sound like it can fuck me up really
