Wavy/curly hair

Im a 17 year old an im kinda sick of my hair. Does anyone have any tips to make my hair curly/wavy? What are the best products and how often should i use shampoo?

water it soaking wet than dry it a bit like towel dry then put sea salt spray on and diffuse
