Wavy hair and moisture

How can i obtain moisture in my wavy hair with the least amount of product? Is it bad for hair to condition it every day or is it better for texture and anti-frizz?
I am going to order a silk pillow case since i have heard it is good for hair frizz control and face acne overall.

straight mogs but wavy is still better than curly

I'm still experimenting what works but so far low poo/no poo works so well for me

it worked well for me when my hair was shorter (crew cut) now i use mild shampoo and coconut oil with conditioner for wavy hair once/twice a week and it's better that way,
