waxing neck beard

My razor leaves small black dots after i shave so i have to tweeze them but it takes long time and it regrows after 2 weeks. So my question is: is it good idea to buy some wax and wax it by myself? Has anyone tried to do it? Or do you have some other options to try?

I cant grow beard.

no it's not a good idea the area is sensitive and will get red just tweeze it or laser
