I've heard WAY316606 is an alternate to minoxidil and it supports bone growth.. is this true?

can be combined with minoxidil for more hair growth but there's no evidence saying it's more powerful than minoxdil, it just coincidentally affects hair growth.
As for the osteoblast stimulation, I'm not sure how effective a topical chemical will be able to stimulate osteoblasts in bone
