I have a canted maxilla, which in turn makes my mandible asymmetrical as well. My only thought is to separate the upper facial complex from the skull base through surgically cutting the pterygomaxillary and midpalatal suture (I know this is high iq stuff) and then chew hard gum on the recessed side or have orthodontics in place like a face mask/marpe. Orrr I could get facial implants. Does anyone have any other solutions?
