Are there ways to fix short eye spacing using things such as increasing the distance between two eyebrows?

I was even thinking that there might be another procedure where they actually fix the eye muscles so that they look wider set like how they fix esotropia?

Yes, in some cases, Lefort 3 has improved it slightly, so look into that.

You can't change your IPD but you can increase ESR by losing bodyfat.

Dr. Barry Eppley does a 180 degree/u-shaped OBO. There is no brain exposure so it is significantly less invasive and intense. Instead it is does through the lower eyelids and intra-orally, but you don't get as much movement as a traditional OBO.
