I dont know man, you will see with time. I am 18 also and im only getting better looking, hair, skin and bone structure.

I do chin tucks, those dumb gua shau exercises and workout a ton. Im a heavy gymmaxer, it is the best natty way to increase test and hgh, my growth plates aint closed yet either. I take 50mg of Zinc, 2000mg of Vitamin C, Magnesium, Vitamin K2+D3 and Vitamin b12 everyday.
