If you want to kill upper eyelid exposure without the cope, it's strictly a matter of bone support and soft tissue volume. If the issue is excess skin, you need an upper blepharoplasty to remove the fold. If the problem is a lack of deep-set eyes due to a flat brow ridge, the only fix is supraorbital implants or fat grafting to the upper lids to create a hooded look. However, if your eyes look buggy because of a recessed midface, you need an MSE (Maxillary Skeletal Expansion) or even a LeFort I to bring the bone forward and provide actual orbital support. Basically, if it’s a skin issue, cut it; if it’s a bone issue, expand or implant, because anything else is just wasting time.
