Is the most realistic option just to get jaw angle implants? I am honestly considering just combining jaw angle implants with a sliding genio at this point.

Nah didnt have falim I used the hardest gum I found in store and rinsed in cold water in my mouth to make it harder.

Chewmaxxing is legit and allows you to choose the bigonial you want. There is also evidence that masseter hypertrophy may push the zygos outwards.
