Asking for ways to get taller, I am open to everything both natural and unnatural, extreme and soft methods. Leg lengthening surgery is something Im positive to but dont have enough money for that. 169cm/5.7ft, just turned 20.

realistically, either tomcruisemaxx(insoles) or just blasting hgh in high doses, and even then the increase might not be bigger than an inch so you risk killing yourself over being 171. I would get a job and save up for LL if I was you and needed to increase height

There is no way to get taller after you finish puberty. Height is 80% genetic and 20% not being malnourished in puberty. LL surgery is incredibly high risk, poorly researched and banned in most countries , at 5 ft 7 it is not over for you so I wouldn't consider this. Just fraud with insoles.
