ways to get taller???

im 15 and 5’9 1/2. im projected to be 6’2 but that doesnt seem enough for me. what are some ways to get easy height? (anything from supps, exercises etc)

From what I’ve seen you have a genetic cap to your height that you’ll probably reach as long as you sleep eat and exercise and that’s that. HGH or whatever else will only speed up the process.

Doctors aren’t really good at projecting shit. I was projected 5’11 and ended 6’3 close to 6’4. You will hit what you’re supposed to hit
