So, I know that many people wont notice genios and stuff
And midface changes, I know most normies wont notice

but what about rhinoplasty? And keep in mind my nose is a huge failo, it's very bulbous and it's crooked and grown to one side (I have a deviated septum)

Now there's another issue with lower jaw asymmetry but I think my orthodontist is correcting that, she hasnt mentioned anything but I'm pretty sure. It might also just be a crooked philtrum because of my tilted nose and my philtrum being tilted. It's truly brutal looking at my nose because it throws off the miniscule amount of harmony that I have, because it basically makes everything in my midface crooked, and I think thats what makes my jaw also look lopsided

Anyways with a septorhinoplasty there'll be most likely a large change. My mom is fine with it, I trust her with it. The problem is the rest of family, and the friends i have now, Jfl if you think having cosmetic surgery as a male doesn't kill your rep completely.

There'll also be eye changes, like fixing droopy eyelid (Its literally just eyelid fat, I can play it off as losing fat and telling them I stored a lot of fat in my eyelids)

Rhino is most noticeable, I can tell them deviated septum but how do i justify the fucking huge amount of bulbous tissue that got reduced.

Most likely I am getting chin implant/genio, and a midface implant (paranasal), but I doubt any normies would notice, I can claim late puberty but not for nose.

Bro just say you had an accident and they had to fix your face. All jokes aside, best thing you can do is just study or work from home for an extended period of time, 3-6 months is best, and just lie about glowing up.

okay but this is surgery shortly after high school ends (this is the ideal time)
I have it all planned, have the money, just need to figure this part out (this is my biggest concern)

Getting your nose drastically altered is not hideable if it’s a big failo. As long as you don’t get upset/defensive or insecure when people ask you questions about it then they’re going to stop caring in the next 5 minutes. If you’re an adult or in college then most people probably think it’s super cringe to make fun of someone for fixing an actual failo on their face. Maybe someone will say something about it the first time they see you after the surgery but from that point onwards they’re the faggot if they keep bringing it up. I bet lots of girls and your friends will compliment you and say you look good.

Thanks for your genuine answer (jfl at saying this)

That's the positive view I had, but obviously in high school I held a view with everyone being p much really immature, alot of normies do those things however

And just fyi it's not like a deformation, it's just a really ugly nose, the worst feature on my face. It may be possible to even make it subtle depending on how my consultation goes, but its like a huge failo that breaks my face, probably bringing me a whole tier down

The midface augmentation, genio, and eyelid work is all I have planned for now, but my ct scan might say otherwise, depends on my consultation.

but there's a possibility that I might even do it during high school, that'd be a little rougher and the concerns that I mention here would be a little more relevant with me not seeing anyone mature enough to not kill my rep/spread dumb shit just for the sake of it

I got rated just flat mtn (average), ig it's very lucky for me and I can take quick action to get maximum benefit at the ideal time to have surgery
