Ways to improve my eye area while being albino?

my hair can be pretty weird i can have some very blonde hairs like you can see on my brows and some darker colors i already know i need to tint/dye my lashes trying to look for a mascara because don't want to risk it with those DIY kits that can make you blind i already can't see good i also don't have much fat if any above my eyelids was thinking about getting volufiline for that to maybe get some hooding because of my upper eyelid exposure but any advice would be helpful thanks
