Ive been on a cut so far and ik im still fat but besides that what should i use for my skin like for the red spots and stuff ive been using adapalene for a couple months now but im wondering if i should switch to tret. and do you think i should grow my facial hair out or keep it shaved. also i didnt really care to fix my hair so its messy. also im currently like 173 at 5'9. My current routine is cleanser, milk skin toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen. and then the same but with adapalene at night and no spf.

It’s combo I believe my face looks oily cause of my moisturizer and toner it’s the cream skin toner. Also been trying to fix my sleep cause it’s fucked my eyes. But I’m debloating rn and just wondering if there’s anything else I can do besides that. Also do you think I should keep the facial hair? But I’m for sure gonna start using azelaic acid and switch to tret what percentage do you recommend starting out?

i'd lowkey drop the toner and make your routine wayyyy more simplistic. like morning, wash face with water and use sunscreen. then evening cleanse sunscreen off, then use one active and rotate between tret and azaleic (eventuially you can use both, so azaleic mornign tret evening but start of lightly, trust me my skin was flaking bad from using tret once every few days). and use a light moitseriser, nothingg overly thick as you don't wanna be trapping oil. and start tret with 0.025, work your way up only when your skin has gotten used to it, and if you're new to it its gonna be at least 4-6 months.

do you have a masculine and wide lower third, and do you have decent jaw forward growth? cant really tell cuz you're so bloated, but if you don't have a good jawline then a beard is a good idea as it basically frauds a better jawline lol.

also whats your sleep routine looking like? are you eating your final meal a few hours before bed, are you avoiding blue light, are you relaxing, are you taking magnesium?

actually based on the photo of your side profile and your pheno type, i think a stubble would help a lot as your jawline isn't that well defined

I’m not really sure tbh about my lower third. I’ll post more pics once down some weight. And honestly my sleep schedule is just me going to sleep whenever but most of the time I’m getting 7 hours but I’m up late night on my phone etc. I’m gonna start trying to cut out all the electronics before bed and not eating before bed but it’s mainly the staying up late and screen time. But do you think my skin is giving off an oily skin vibe instead of a moisturized/ glass skin look? Cause I was kinda going for that that’s why I use that toner and stuff

with the acne and you being overweight it doesn't look great, just keep it simple and get rid of the moisteriser. maybe use in winter when your skin is drying up a bit

Oh I gotcha I’m not even sure if I can grow a beard my dad has one but I haven’t got like stubble around there just my goatee area like on my front of the chin. But the hairs look like it’s expanding from the area so idk if it’s just a time thing or what

use minoxidl if you can't grow one, think it would suit you

Topically or oral?
i think topically if you only want growth on the beard area, but if you wanna grow eyebrows and lashes then oral. you have a lot of upper eyelid exposure so growing them might hide that flaw a bit idk

I’ll try the topical one first and see how that works out. But I’ll post updates so once I’m more lean you can give me more tips.

I forgot to ask for Tret I start with the 0.025 and use it until I get used to it but I do increase the strength or just the usage amount until daily like if the .025 works do i need to increase the strength at all?

yeah increase strength eventually because your skin will eventually get used to it and you need to have a higher percentage to get results. think about it like the gym, you cant use the same weights you start off with, you gradually increase the weights but only at a realistic rate where you actually see improvements, not jumping to the 200kg bench when you can't bench 50kg. so increase it eventually once you notice your skin isn't changing that much with a lower percentage

I gotcha do you have any good sources? I heard India Mart before but not too sure. I don’t have a prescription for it or anything

you can do research for other vendors if you want but thats what worked for me
