I used to have a good amount of orbital fat as a kid when i was fat asf, i spent 4 years trying to diet unhealthily probably missed out on a few inches of height too but now ive lost weight but my orbitals lack a shit ton of fat especially my supi orbitals, would bulking and going to the gym help because its gonna increase fat around the body so the fat in my orbits is gonna come back alongside it, then ill lose weight again but in a healthy way this time and actually not lose the good fat around my eyes

Gaining weight could bring them back but when you lose the weight again whether its in a healthy way or not they will go again
