been a mouthbreather throughout my whole life, im recessed at 24 years old now.
I know that the ultimate solution is bimax, but chewing and mewing aside, what others technique can i implement? In a thread i came across vitamin k2 and how it helps with jaw, if u guys got more tips id be happy

bimax. If that doesn't work put 12 gauge in mouth and end it. Jaw is law. End/tip of chin should line up with at least your bottom lip

there isnt much you can do about jaw if you are over 16 other than surgery.

if you would ask about eyes i would say icehooding, bonesmashing, malaris training. But if you found this website, probably your jaw wont develop miracely at your age.

the only way to fix the recession is surgery. start saving money for bimax.
