It's from aminoacid deficiency, so the more meat you eat the better.
But in general you age from physical strain and consumption of carbohydrates.
It might be wise to preemptively laser epilate your facial hair because when it's gray laser won't work and you'll have to shave very thoroughly so people won't see it's white.
