Ways to make midface ratio appear less bad?

Ok you cant really change your midface ratio, but what can you possibly do to make it look better?

Zygos fillers/implants- although they wouldn't improve ipd, they would make the facial width better. Would that have any effect?

Jaw and chin fillers- would make the bottom of the face less narrow and horce faced, again giving much needed width to the face.

This is just a theory but Earrings/studs?
They could get people looking to the outer areas of your face (ears) rather than the horizontal length?

Any other suggestions?

Just fraud with your eyebrows making ipd look wider.

Increased lower-third length by heavy beard-frauding and anything to widen the zygos as you mentioned, but this is mostly minor. It's all you can do apart from Lefort 1.

neck training
short hair on sides
fixing prominent ears surgically

I will get jaw and chin fillers in a few months and see how it looks

I legit wonder if, after impants, rhino and lift could give me that effect ie move the nose and lip up 0.5mm

You can try making your lower third longer. Usually all the guys with long midfaces who still look good have longer lower thirds with protruding chins.
