Ways to measure a maxilla

sorry for the shitty pick. I know for a fact my maxilla lacks frontal width and I do think it is slightly recessed but I've used my cheekline and my forehead to nose line and everything seens to be all right. Is there any way to precisely measure my maxillar frontal projection without the need of a xray scan? Im kinda new in the looksmax thing

Line from Pupillary Lens to the curvature of your Nostril, if its straight or slightly slanted then its recessed, if its strongly slanted then 9 times out of 10 your forwardly grown
