Ways to pull hyoid up

Do we know if there are any ways to pull the hyoid up? Does bimax/ adding more foward growth help? Because I've seen people with poor foward growth but a highly positioned hyoid.

put tongue on roof of mouth (won't push your jaw forward btw) and surgery if you want to do it permanently
