Ways to reduce long philtrum / raise upper lip without surgery?

I have a slightly long philtrum and a low-sitting upper lip, which makes my midface look flatter and less harmonious and definitely holds my looks back.
Is there any softmaxxing that can reduce the appearance of philtrum length even a little?

Any advice is appreciated, even small improvements.
