ways to reduce the bone and cartilage structure of the nose

Are there any ways to reduce the size of the nose that do not require a significant amount of money? It's my biggest flaw, and I can't afford a rhinoplasty. I also have a slight retrogenia and a narrow jaw that can cause my nose to look bigger than it is, and I want to find ways to fix this too.
