Ways to shorten midface?

I have wide zygomas, a good chin (but recessed), and a nice lower third. I look very good with glasses. But my vertically long nose ruins my overall proportions. My maxilla isn't that recessed, but I have a gummy smile with 1.5 mm of gum exposed. Are there any surgical fixes?
