Ways to speed up puberty?

I'm 17 but don't look nearly as mature as I'd like to, and have seen others with the same age look much older.

How can I speed up the process of maturing/puberty other than injecting test?

Also without stunting any potential growth, if there is any there.

T3, T4, androgens
