Im not talking about cutting yourself since its a sin and it will make your looks worse. Im more thinking about cold showers or ice baths, is there any way you can make them worse? The only thing i can thing of is taking a long ice bath to the point of numbness, but that is also retarded since it could have a bad outcome.
