Let's say you ascend and ascend, and best case scenario you've reached your final destination at 20. The body will start breaking down around 25/26, with your collagen/elastin ceasing production, your bone density rapidly receding, all of your body's systems slowing down their function. In just a couple years you will go from a luminous vibrant skin, a bright eye area supported by all the fat/muscle structures around it, thick hair/enamel, and perfectly slim cheeks, to dull deflated skin, eyes with growing shadows and papery skin over and around them, thinning hair and eyebrows, and a loss of the once perfect V-shape to round jowl formation.
It's simple biology: Nature has ZERO need for you after you're out of your reproductive window (the reason why you're alive). It keeps the attractiveness/"magic" switch on up until about 24, the last age you ideally would've reproduced in the wild, and then shuts it off. Life after mid 20s is literally decline, even if it's another 60+ years of it (not "development" and growth or whatever norms cope with). Clearly science has no answer to or fight against this, as the wealthiest people in the world desperately try to fight it with surgery and just look botched and just like their age...but with surgery. That "magic" that nature gives you to attract a mate, cannot be recaptured no matter what.
Essentially, you would have to discover looksmaxxing at like 14, start making money, have six figures by 18, get surgeries for the next 1 or 2 years, and then try to get the most out of the next 5/6 years before you start falling all apart. Not to mention in addition, once you turn about 22, a sizable portion of the young still open to socialize/mingle population, the 17-19 year olds, will consider you to be too old to be around them. People now are even saying one should be out of their "party phase" by 22 these days, and kind of barred from all forms of fun. By your mid 20s, many peers will be settling down into their small bubbles, having children and diving into their careers. You'll be considered too old to hang with the younger still available cohort (let alone go up and hit on them), and amongst the diminishing pool of people your age it will just feel cringe doing anything reckless and free.
It's absolutely brutal when you put it into perspective, just how much of the "living" part of life ends in the beginning, and gives way to decades and decades of just sitting and waiting for death. The greatest conundrum of our time is probably that science has figured out how to extend our collective declines WAY out to the 90s and 100s, but still has not figured out how to trick nature into extending our prime. Life is honestly a scam
