We all know raw eggs and raw milk is good but what about raw meat?

t

he minimal amounts of extra nutrients u get (which u still get from cooking them but in lower doses) is not worth the risk.
The risk of... absolutely nothing if you get it from a proper source :feelsokman:

View attachment 3702719 you were not talking about root vegetables but its okay I understand your point with vegetables.
Yes cooking denatures proteins because it makes them less functional... the enzymes stop becoming functional, etc. Plus proteins are just one nutrient, cooking is shown to signifantly decrease many micronutrients (vitamins) and fatty acids.

By reducing fat content and moisture it reduces all the fat soluble and water soluble vitamins. Cooking also forms AGEs and promotes oxidative stress and inflammation

are we not reading my other replies? is this an attempt to make me angry? smh

anyways, yes cooking denatures protein, but this enhances digestibility.
raw egg protein absorption 50%
cooked egg protein 90%+

and your saying "oh cooking depletes nutrients from food" lmao shut up retard, lycopene in tomatoes increases up to 4x after cooking, same for beta carotene in carrots, squash, sweet potatoes
iron, zinc and calcium from animal foods become easier to absorb after cooking, especially from red meat.
yeah nigga high heat cooking causes AGEs, but your body naturally forms AGEs during metabolism especially if u have high bp or insulin resistance, an anyways a healthy liver and kidneys eliminate many dietary AGEs
consuming antioxidant-rich foods like herbs greens and spices blunts the inflammatory effects of AGEs
and cooking methods like boiling steaming or sous vide reduces the formation of them lol

and fat loss does NOT mean nutrient loss fat melting out of mat lowers fat content but doesnt elimate all fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, K

cooking made food safer and easier to digest and was the main reason we evolved efficiently, dnr anymore posts i just raped ur entire argument

actually i might read one more reply (edit) @Donkeyballs

and avidin is universal btw i have no idea wtf @Bryce was talking about lmao
cooked eggs> raw eggs
my gpt say that raw is far superior. none is enhanced however there will be some enzymes that binds easier thus very few.

conclusion: cocking meat does more harm then good.

No, just raw beef, cooked steak sometimes, raw eggs, raw milk rarely, and raw honey with yogurt if I want something overly sweet. I eat a variety of other things as well, I just stay far away from processed shit. It blows my mind that you can't just wrap your head around how eating what the Earth provides without sizzling it to shit is good for you jfl

I'll reflect on this when I'm still 6'2", healthy, jacked, and popular while you're on hospice for diabetes and cancer. Just keep munching on foods that contain 50 character long chemicals you can't even pronounce. Cope is delicious after all, and it shows

haha yeah im gonna have diabetes and cancer from eating cooked steak lol, stop replying this is genuinely just embarassing.. caged maybe 3x now

Your name is fitting. Or maybe it's because you're the only one here who's been cucked into believing raw animal products are the spawn of Satan. IQlets love following the group consensus. "Other normies say it's bad to eat raw animal products... well I'm a normie, so I better just stick to the script and act like I know everything" jfl. Also, you've never eaten raw meat, raw milk, raw eggs, and other raw animal products yet for at least 1 month, have you?

bruhhhh I literally informed you on why cooking helps digestion and how it is beneficial bruh... read my fucking replies im talking to a brick wall

yes I have nigga, and I choose not to because im losing nothing and it tastes like SHIT

"I don't like working out cuz it hurts" in a different context. Ignore the numerous health benefits, it tastes yucky! You'll fight tooth and nail to disprove the benefits of something you're too much of a pussy to power through. Literally all we've been saying is that raw meat is richer and denser in nutrients, which it is, not that cooked meat is bad for you, just lacks the quality that raw meat does. If digestion is your greatest concern I seriously have no idea what to say to that jfl

I didn't really notice anything different after 15 days but alright. Even if you don't experience the polarizing differences there will be no health issues and your body will thank you

Jfl nobody cares or is even talking about vegetables and your tomato and carrots jfl why are you even talking about their digestability cooked vs uncooked. We are talking about animal products, I do agree that cooking increases bioavailability in general in the context of carrots from destroying undigestable fiber and anti-nutrients but nobody who you are responding in this thread eats vegetables.

I did not deny that you are correct. Although loss of function does occur to enzymes but they dont matter much anyway, I eat my eggs cooked too.
However my main point is towards micronutrients which denaturing of proteins will inevitable decrease and which I will talk about, again... and does not apply only to eggs.

iron, zinc and calcium from animal foods become easier to absorb after cooking, especially from red meat.
Sure? :forcedsmile:Iron 'increases' mainly due to the water evaporation which causes weight reduction and hence the iron is more concentrated, of course cooking dosen't actually magically increase iron jfl. However I most say that this is quite dependent, for example there are increases in zinc concenctrations in beef but the opposite on pork.
Same thing goes to calcium, although calcium in most meats its actually significantly lost. And in all cooked meats sodium, pottasium and phosphorus is decreased...

consuming antioxidant-rich foods like herbs greens and spices blunts the inflammatory effects of AGEs
these herbs greens have only been found to do this in controlled enviornment, actual anti oxidants luke gluthathione and coq10 do help. Your 'antioxidants' like sulforaphane cause dna damage and cell death thats why they are used in chemo lol,
and cooking methods like boiling steaming or sous vide reduces the formation of them lol
You probably dont even know what sous vide is or you wouldnt even metioned it nobody is doing that shit and boiling steaming makes the meat so dry, it loses all its fat and water soluble flavor compounds jfl stop copying shit.
and fat loss does NOT mean nutrient loss fat melting out of mat lowers fat content but doesnt elimate all fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, K
Are you sure it has no effect on fat soluble vitamins?
1746348918849

1746348964522

What about water soluble?
1746349004917

there was a 27–33% loss of B 12.
From 33–44% of the original vitamin E in the meat was lost upon cooking
raw and cooked beef contained 80–100 ng of vitamin D/100g, with 35–42% of the original vitamin D content being lost upon cooking
1746349158483

1746349665554

1746349683501

you get the point...
Chicken Breast Cooked 16 minutes: Lost an average of 76% of the Vitamin B1
Chicken Breast Cooked 16 minutes: Lost an average of 67% of the Vitamin B12
Chicken Breast Cooked 16 minutes: Lost an average of 56% of the Vitamin B2
Chicken Breast Cooked 16 minutes: Lost an average of 51% of the Vitamin B3
Chicken Breast Cooked 16 minutes: Lost an average of 46% of the Vitamin C
Chicken Breast Cooked 16 minutes: Lost an average of 42% of the Vitamin B9
Chicken Breast Cooked 16 minutes: Lost an average of 31% of the Vitamin B6

Are you going to stop coping now?
dnr anymore posts i just raped ur entire argument

Grey noise. There is a HUGE difference between 16 and 18! Hell, even 17 and 18! THERE'S A HUGE DIFFEREEEENCE :feelsohh:
