We all need a day where we get moving we get something done like for the most population u go for a walk in nature u explore something u hit a good training day u go sparring u go for a run WHATEVER
just a good day where u get moving u eat well and u lay down at night knowing this was a good day and hopefully itll snowball to two days and so on
